Before you bid
Is there really no reserve?
Yes. Every lot starts at $5 and sells to the highest bidder, unless the lot description says otherwise.
What condition are items in?
Our inventory is overstock, shelf pulls, retail returns and liquidation stock, so condition varies and everything sells as-is. We test many items for basic function when we can. Some listings use stock photos, so read each lot description carefully before you bid.
Can I preview items in person?
Yes. Stop by anytime during pickup hours to preview upcoming lots: Monday to Friday 12 PM to 6 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 2 PM.
What if I can't make pickup?
You have 6 calendar days after auction settlement to pick up. Items not picked up in that time are considered abandoned property. Call or email us if you need help.
How does shipping work?
Shipping is available on eligible items, in the US and internationally. If you request shipping, you get a separate shipping and handling invoice after the auction. The handling fee is 10% of the total settlement and shipping label. Shipping insurance is available on request at your cost; without it, we are not responsible for carrier damage or loss. International buyers pay any customs duties and import fees.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, Texas sales tax applies to all purchases. Resellers can skip it by submitting a valid resale certificate, approved before bidding. Email it to help@aklots.com.
Can I return an item?
All sales are final.
